Age: 18-21
Gender: Male Species: Humam Orientation: Bisexual but, due to conditioning, he's only able to accept guys. Status: Not taken Occupation: Prostitute, pickpocket, and errand boy for various pimps and gang members who frequent his area. Appearance: A young man who is slender but hardy, he can look painfully young at times while still seeming mentally aged beyond his years. His hard life shows in the tough callouses on his hands and the scars of needle pricks and cigarette burns. Most would consider him plain with his blonde hair in a classic, slightly overgrown cut, and green eyes. However, he's a far cry from ugly and in another setting, he could have grown up to be a decent charmer. Most days, his clothes consist of graphic and solid color t-shirts, hoodies, and jeans with tennis shoes. He's been known to wear armbands or cheap bracelets but he doesn't spend much on clothes and seems to favor no real style or even a color pallet so his accessorized outfits are few and far between. Likes: Being alone, dreamless sleep, dandelions, and soundscape music. Dislikes: Loud and sudden noises, men shouting, father figures, and drug abuse. Personality: Most people who meet Edward on the street would see just another transient. Down-trodden, tough, emotionally distant to the point of ambivalence, and almost fearless in the face of such a risky lifestyle. However, Edward has always been far less tough and cold than the barrier he protects himself with would imply. From the day he ran away from his home, and arguably far sooner, he's been running away from the nightmares that plague him. Hopelessly broken, terrified, and anxious of being found out for who he really is, he's become a master at pretending he doesn't feel. And maybe that is true to some degree. He lost the ability to cry long ago, along with his ability to smile. He knows very well that it's a dog eat dog world out there and apathy is the only real way to survive it. It's a feeling he's grown used to and more than anything, he would hate to lose that cloak of ambivalence. |
