Orson Hemsfield
"quote"
Likes: Intelligent conversation, unique or funny perspectives, art, and epic fantasy novels.
Dislikes: Explanations that don't follow through, laziness, black clothing, green hair (it's personally offensive). Bio: Born to moderately wealthy parents, he went to college, sought higher education, and has been teaching high school for almost 7 years now, 5 of which as his current location. There's not much else to say. He's dated a few times but sticks to hooking up at a local bar or with strangers who have managed to dazzle him. Only once has his relationship been something more but even years of effort could not salvage a lack of heart. It has reminded him that it's better not to try. |
Age: 32
Gender: Male Species: Human Orientation: Gay Status: Single Occupation: High school teacher- history Appearance: He's 5'10" tall with the slightest tan to his otherwise ivory skin tone. His body is not particularly muscular but he keeps himself fit and wears only the sharpest clothes. For him, teaching requires a full suit and tie, though he favors browns and warm colors over a black, business look. Even outside of class, he tends to dress in button-ups and slacks but never a tie. He wears glasses only when teaching or reading and keeps his ashen brown hair tied in a ponytail pretty much all of the time. He wears no jewelry but has a small tattoo just beneath his ribs on the right side. Personality: A mysterious man. Humorous at times, but strict. He’s many student’s favorite for his unique approach to the subject matter. However, he’s never cared about the politically correct thing to say and minces none of his words, even to the students. He has a great many opinions that he's not afraid to speak and despite being highly educated on many things, he's not stubborn to being proven wrong. Debate is one of his favorite things so if the conversation isn't stimulating, he'll simply tell you so and walk away. Idiocy is rarely forgiven and arrogance looked down on. Experimenting and first hand experience are key. However, the more you talk to him, the more you realize it's only opinions and stories, pieces of intellect, that he's shared. It's almost impossible to get down to the heart and his personal life is completely off-limits. Orson has never considered himself lonely though. He knows best of all that he just doesn't connect to people that way so any love thrown his way is wasted as far as he's concerned. Experience has taught him that even if he desires it, he can't return such emotions. |
